I am not going to lie 🤥 the ability to self motivated is a gift 🎁 within itself.
The one problem that I see most people make is procrastination, I have overcome that obstacle but I have to find a way to diplomatically deal with this trait in others.
I tend to be a hard worker and likely to go the extra mile whether you deserve it or not, but I am also critical for those who don’t do what they say in a timely fashion.
I’m going to have to remember that everyone is not like me and tend to say whatever to you whether they mean it or not.
Therein lies the problem, you can and do have the right to govern yourself anyway that you like, but you don’t have the right to waste my time.
