Are you a leader or a follower?
I have been both a follower and I have to be a leader.
I have encountered that most places I go these days lack the essential elements that make it work.. that’s leadership.
The facts are clear and concise today we are sorely lacking leaders.
The traditional sense of a leader going ahead of the troops 💪 and standing up for the Roberts rule of order for instance and the ethics of a honest business operations.
Today the leader will tell you to go do something that they are not willing to do themselves and don’t understand why they have a staff or employees that don’t respect them.
This is what I’m looking for in a leader until then I guess it’s not a option for me but to take on the role of leadership even if I am the only one who I am leading .
