What’s the most fun way to exercise?
I am not going to act like I am a athlete and have been a person who has had a lot of worry about exercising.
I am now 64 almost 65 in a month or so along with that recognition I’ve decided to get active and walk at least a few days a week and I am feeling better.
The faster you decide to get up and get moving to get the goals accomplished the better you are going to feel.
